Greater Western Water brings face-to-face customer support to local communities this August

Greater Western Water

Greater Western Water (GWW) is continuing its face-to-face customer support across Melbourne’s west this August, with a series of Customer Care Days designed to help customers navigate their accounts and access support services.

The sessions will be held in Bacchus Marsh, Werribee, Melton and Caroline Springs, giving customers the opportunity to speak directly with GWW staff about billing enquiries, payment plans, grants, concessions and other account support.

The Customer Care Days team will be available to help customers understand their bills, explain charges, discuss payment options, and resolve queries on the spot wherever possible. If a question can’t be fully answered on the day, customers will leave with clear next steps and a guaranteed follow‑up.

Greater Western Water Acting General Manager Customer Experience Janet Condy said GWW is committed to supporting customers with concerns about their accounts and bills whilst ensuring convenient access to information and assistance.

“We know that sometimes it’s easier to sit down with someone and talk through your questions in person. Our Customer Care Days are an opportunity for customers to get direct support from our team, whether they need help understanding their bill, exploring payment options or accessing available concessions and grants.” Ms Condy said.

These events provide a welcoming environment where customers can receive one-on-one assistance from experienced staff. Phone-based translation services will also be available to ensure language is not a barrier to accessing support.

Customers are encouraged to make a booking to guarantee a time slot, but walk‑ins are welcome.

The upcoming events for August are:

  • Bacchus Marsh, Tuesday 4 August – Lerderderg Library from 11am – 3pm.
