Please be advised of current OSOM restrictions on Gwydir Highway near Cangai Bridge Road from Monday, 16 May to Tuesday, 29 November 2022.
Roadwork is scheduled weekdays from 7:00am to 6:00pm (traffic affected in both directions), with a reduced speed limit of 40km/h. Check signage and allow extra travel time.
Drivers of oversize and/or overmass (OSOM) are required to contact the Works Supervisor, Tim Tisle on 0418 491 239 prior to travel.
Vehicles over 3.5m wide use wide load bays provided and follow advice on signage.
Lane width restrictions in place, 3.5m lanes and 0.5m shoulders through worksite.
Traffic controllers will be on site to direct motorists.
