The line-up for the return of Harvest Rock has today been released by organisers Secret Sounds, featuring Australian exclusive performances by global superstars.
For the first time in Australia in 12 years, Jamiroquai will hit Harvest Rock II in an exclusive show in Adelaide, when the iconic international band fronted by Jay Kay performs on Saturday 28 October.
The following day will bring another Australian exclusive performance to Adelaide’s parklands, as Beck will deliver an electrifying show in the most ‘Beautiful Way’ with his full band on Sunday 29 October.
The ‘Good Times’ are set for Harvest Rock, with the ultimate disco superstars responsible for iconic hits such as ‘Le Freak’, Nile Rodgers & Chic. The line-up also includes Australian mastermind duo Flight Facilities, Canadian electro-funk duo Chromeo, New Zealand ultra-talented artist Ladyhawke, and South Australian home-grown hero, Paul Kelly.
The Harvest Rock II line-up also includes Baker Boy, Julia Jacklin, Chet Faker, Ocean Alley, Bad // Dreams, Thelma Plum, Vera Blue, The Rolling Stone Revue featuring Adalita of Magic Dirt, Tex Perkins and Tim Rogers of You Am I, as well as Sparks, The Lemon Twigs, Built to Spill, and Santigold.
Back for its second year, Harvest Rock will return to its home in Adelaide’s Murlawirrapurka & Ityamai-Itpina / Rymill & King Rodney Parks on 28 and 29 October 2023 for two huge days of sound and taste.
In its inaugural year, Harvest Rock attracted almost 24,000 attendees, including almost 7,000 from interstate and overseas. The 2022 festival generated a return to the tune of $16.5 million in total economic activity for Adelaide and drove hotel room bookings over the weekend to their highest for the year.
Harvest Rock II will again offer two days of live music, wine, food, and brews in Adelaide, with tickets on sale to the general public from 8.30am ACST / 9.00am AEST Wednesday 9 August.
Festivalgoers can choose from a variety of ticket offerings, including access to the VIP Village and Harvest Lounge, private suites overlooking the Harvest Stage, and platinum tickets.
Harvest Rock II goes well beyond just the music line-up, where festival goers can immerse themselves in the finest festival and dining experiences and indulge in South Australia’s first-class food and beverage offerings.
Harvest Rock is proudly supported by the South Australian Government, through the South Australian Tourism Commission.
Minister for Tourism, Zoe Bettison said excitement levels for the return of Harvest Rock have just gone ‘cosmic’, with an incredible line-up of international and local artists coming to our city’s parklands this October.
“Last year’s inaugural event brought almost 24,000 festivalgoers to the heart of Adelaide, with nearly one-third of those visiting from out-of-state – and it generated $16.5 million in economic activity for our city,” Minister Bettison said.
“This year, with Australian exclusive performances by international headliners and an impressive list of iconic artists from across our nation and abroad, the wonderful momentum of Harvest Rock is only set to grow.”
