Online sales and delivery of food and beverage, including alcohol, has rapidly increased in recent years.
However, some research has identified potential risks, especially around minors and unduly intoxicated people accessing liquor.
That’s why the Palaszczuk Government committed to developing a regulatory framework for online liquor sales and delivery.
Following targeted industry stakeholder consultation last month, we’re now asking the public to provide feedback and inform the development of regulations for online liquor sales and delivery.
