Police are seeking assistance from the public to locate missing teen Phillipa (Pippa) Hill.
Pippa was last seen on Livingstone Close in Burwood about 4pm on 4 April.
Police have concerns for her welfare due to her age and a medical condition.
Pippa is about 170cm tall, slim build and has long brown hair.
She was last seen wearing a navy and black jumper and red Nike shoes.
Police have released an image of Pippa in the hope someone recognises her and can provide information regarding her current whereabouts.
Anyone with information about Pippa is asked to contact Box Hill Police Station on 8892 3200.
