Today marks the beginning of a new chapter for the Nationwide House Energy Rating Scheme (NatHERS).
This includes the roll out of Stage 2 for existing home ratings and the launch of the new Home Energy Rating brand and website.
Home Energy Rating simplifies the concept of residential energy efficiency for households.
The new assessments help households’ lower energy bills and make their homes more comfortable to live in.
The commencement of Stage 2 also means:
- Home Energy Rating assessor training and accreditation is now open to everyone
- release of updated rating software tools and processes will help streamline assessments
- availability of an enhanced Home Energy Rating Certificate, and more.
