Images released after thefts and deceptions in Moonee Valley and Brimbank

Moonee Valley Crime Investigation Unit detectives are appealing for assistance to identify three men following a series of thefts and deceptions in the Moonee Valley and Brimbank areas from late July to early August.

Investigators have been told credit cards stolen from vehicles in Avondale Heights, Keilor East and Moonee Ponds have been used in deceptions totalling approximately $5,000 at various convenience stores in Fawkner, Glenroy, St Albans, Braybrook and Sunshine.

Police have released images of three men they believe may be able to assist with their enquiries.

The first man is perceived to be Indian in appearance, in his mid-20s with a thin build and receding dark brown hair. He was wearing a diamond stud earring in his right ear, a blue Adidas cap, black face mask, black jumper, khaki pants and white runners.

The second man is perceived to be Indian in appearance, in his mid-20s with a thin build. He was wearing an olive green baseball cap, black puffer jacket, Adidas jumper and blue jeans.

The third man is perceived to be Indian in appearance, in his early-30s with a medium build. He was wearing an ‘FBI’ black cap, black face mask, orange high visibility jumper and black pants.
