The consultation period for the Insurance Council of Australia’s (ICA) review of the General Insurance Code of Practice has now closed.
The ICA received 28 submissions from a broad range of stakeholders, including consumer representatives, industry participants and other interested parties.
We thank all submitters for the time and effort invested in providing feedback and sharing their perspectives.
The review process has now moved to the next phase, with submissions being analysed and considered over the coming weeks. All submissions will be published in due course, subject to any confidentiality requirements.
The ICA remains committed to a transparent and thorough review process and will provide further updates as the review progresses.
