Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Jay Kusters.
The 34-year-old is wanted on warrant in relation to theft of motor vehicle.
Kusters is described as being approximately 180cm tall, with a fair complexion, a solid build with brown hair.
He is known to frequent the Parkdale, Mentone, Prahran and St Kilda areas.
Investigators have released an image of Kusters in the hope someone may be able to provide information on his current whereabouts.
