Major Crash officers are investigating a fatal traffic crash that occurred about 7.30am on Tuesday, 16 July 2019 in Jilakin.
A white Toyota Landcruiser utility was travelling west along Commonwealth Road when near Dornock Road, the driver lost control of the utility as it approached a right hand bend. The vehicle left the road and rolled several times. The driver who was the sole occupant, was thrown from the vehicle.
The driver, a 43-year-old man from Busselton received fatal injuries as a result of the crash and died at the scene.
Major Crash investigators would like to speak to anyone who saw the crash, or the Toyota Landscruiser driving in the area prior to the crash, or who has dashcam vision of the area around the time of the crash.
