Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Kiana Chloe Alexander-McNeil.
The 23-year-old is wanted on a warrant in relation theft and bail offences.
Alexander-McNeil is described as approximately 165cm tall with long black hair and brown eyes.
She is known to frequent the Safety Beach, Noble Park, St Kilda, Doveton and Endeavour Hills areas.
Investigators have released an image of Alexander-McNeil in the hope someone may be able to provide information on her current whereabouts.
