Officers from the Major Crash Investigation Section are seeking the public’s assistance for information as they investigate a fatal crash that occurred in Lake Clifton on Tuesday, 28 July 2026.
About 2.30am, a silver Toyota Yaris hatchback was travelling on Old Coast Road when it approached the roundabout at Forrest Highway and crashed, coming to rest in the centre of the roundabout.
The 73-year-old female driver and sole occupant of the vehicle sustained critical injuries and died at the scene.
