Man arrested after two bodies found and third person critically injured – Rosemeadow

A man is in police custody after two bodies were found and another man sustained critical injuries in Sydney’s south west overnight.

Just after 1.30am today (Sunday 3 May 2026), emergency services were called to a home on Juliet Close, Rosemeadow, following reports of a number of people were assaulted by a man known to them.

On arrival, officers attached to Campbelltown City Police Area Command located a 64-year-old man suffering serious head injuries, along with bodies of a woman and a man.

While the bodies are yet to be formally identified, they are believed to be of a woman in her 60s and a man in his 20s.

The injured man was treated by NSW Ambulance paramedics at the scene where he remains in a critical condition.

About 2.30am the same day, a silver sedan arrived at the scene and police arrested the 32-year-old male driver.

The man was taken to Campbelltown Police Station pending further inquiries.

A crime scene has been established and officers attached to Campbelltown City Police Area Command, with the assistance from State Crime Command’s Homicide Squad, commenced an investigation into the incident.

A report will be prepared for the information of the Coroner.
