A man has been arrested and charged with intimidation and drug possession following an investigation.
Around 8am Monday (31 July 2023), police received reports of a man allegedly approaching a number of children unknown to him on Boronia Street, Cardiff.
One of the children reported the matter and police commenced investigations.
Following extensive inquiries, police yesterday (Wednesday 2 August 2023) located a 45-year-old man on Macquarie Drive, Eleebana, sitting in a vehicle.
A search of the vehicle allegedly located an amount of cannabis.
He was arrested and taken to Belmont Police Station where he was charged with three counts of stalk/intimidate intend fear physical etc harm and possess prohibited drug.
He was bail refused and appeared at Newcastle Local Court today (Thursday 3 August 2023).
