Detectives are investigating the circumstances surrounding a fatal shed fire in Lorne this morning.
Emergency Services were called to the Howard Street home following reports a shed attached to the property was on fire about 8.45am.
A man, who is yet to be formally identified, was found deceased inside the shed.
Police believe the man is not a resident of the property.
The exact cause of the fire will be investigated.
