Man In Critical Condition After Stabbing – Bidwill

A man is in a critical condition after being stabbed in Sydney’s west.

About 8.10pm yesterday (Sunday 6 September 2026), emergency services responded to reports that a man had been located with a stab wound to the stomach on Moreton Bay Square, Bidwill.

NSW Ambulance paramedics treated the 38-year-old man at the scene before he was taken to Westmead Hospital with life threatening injuries.

Officers from Mt Druitt Police Area Command established a crime scene at the location.

Whilst the crime scene was being secured a group of about ten males and females attended the location and allegedly attempted to interfere with the investigation. However, the crowd dispersed without any further incident after police intervention.
