Detectives are investigating the circumstances surrounding the death of a man in Maffra last night.
Emergency services were called following reports two men were located with serious injuries on Landy Street about 10pm.
When police arrived, they found a man deceased and another man with serious injuries.
Homicide Squad detectives are attending the scene and will investigate the circumstances surrounding the death.
