Melbourne Firm Named As Global Top-100 Broadband Company

Monday, 19 August 2019 — An emerging Australian construction technology firm has been named as one of the top 100 companies in the world involved in the rollout of fibre optic broadband.

Melbourne-based Render Networks joins industry giants AT&T, Fujitsu and Nokia on the much-sought-after FTTH Top 100 list.

The FTTH Top 100 recognises innovative firms that plan, design, engineer and construct fibre networks around the world. The list is published annually by America’s influential Broadband Communities magazine.

Render Networks’ Digital Network Construction tool streamlines large-scale telecommunications infrastructure projects by making geospatial data more accessible and manageable for network builders and construction crews on the ground.

The technology does away with old-fashioned paper-based construction packs by sequencing and optimising tasks and using predictive algorithms and mobile accessibility to dramatically improve project productivity. Real-time, geospatial data provides contractors and all stakeholders with a single, integrated view thereby increasing progress visibility & control.

As a result, clients have been able to deliver complex broadband deployments faster, more efficiently and at less cost.
