A man reported missing from the state’s west has been located.
The 76-year-old – who leads a transient lifestyle – was last seen at Alectown in late 2022.
He was subsequently reported missing to officers from Central West Police District on Thursday 26 October 2023 who commenced inquiries into his whereabouts.
Following extensive inquiries, the man was located safe and well about 8.40pm today (Friday 5 January 2024) by officers from Orana Mid-Western Police District.
