Mitchell Highway is closed in both directions at Orange due to a truck crash and diesel spill around two kilometres north of Horspool Way.
Westbound diversions for light vehicles to Molong is via The Escort Way and Amaroo Road, while heavy vehicles should continue along The Escort Way to Peabody Road to re-join the Mitchell Highway.
Eastbound diversions from Molong to Orange for all vehicles is via Amaroo Road and The Escort Way to the Mitchell Highway.
Emergency services, traffic and council crews are onsite.
Motorists are advised to follow directions of crews in the area and allow extra travel time.
