Associate Professor Alexa Delbosc from the Monash Institute of Transport Studies is available to discuss Melbourne City Council’s proposal to remove the CBD e-scooter share hire scheme by mid-September. She says the lack of safe bike paths can be attributed to riders increasingly using footpaths.
