Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Nathan Kilner.
The 26-year-old man is wanted on warrant in relation to theft of a motor vehicle.
Kilner is described as being Caucasian in appearance, about 171cm tall with a thin build and blonde hair.
He is known to frequent the Werribee and Wyndham area.
Investigators have released an image of Kilner in the hope someone may be able to provide information on his current whereabouts.
