Netley patrols 1, Police Dog Arnie 1 – scores tied after footy club break-in

A pair of teens have been arrested following a sporting club break-in overnight at South Plympton.

Just before 3am on Sunday 22 September, patrols were called to the Edwardstown Football Club on Raglan Avenue after an alarm activation. On arrival police spotted two youths running from the change rooms.

One teen was arrested after a short foot chase while the second teen was arrested about 40 minutes later after patrols set up cordons and police dog Arnie tracked him to the corner of Nelson and John Street.

The 17-year-old boys from Seaview Downs and Blakeview were charged with serious criminal trespass and have been bailed to appear in the Adelaide Youth Court on 31 October.
