New Mayor and Councillor Team for Coffs Harbour City Council

Coffs Harbour City Council is delighted to announce the full line-up of Mayor and Councillors who will lead the region for the next three years.

The election results were released on Wednesday, 22 December 2021, when the election count was finalised by the NSW Electoral Commission.

Councillor Paul Amos heads the team as the new Mayor. Cr Amos was first elected as a Councillor in 2016 and has seen the region face major challenges in recent years including bushfire, flood, and pandemic. He was elected by his fellow Councillors as Deputy Mayor in September 2021.

Coffs Harbour City Council General Manager Steve McGrath congratulated Cr Amos and the new and returning Councillors.

“The new team is a mix of experienced Councillors and new faces who will bring a fresh approach and perspective to Council.

“I look forward to working with them all as we continue to serve our community by delivering important projects and services into the future.”
