Lithgow Council
Council advises that night works will be occurring tonight (Friday 7th May) from 7pm to carry out the removal of an Elm Tree located on the footpath between Main Street and Queen Elizabeth Park.
Works were scheduled for Thursday night (6th May 2021), however were cancelled due to weather conditions.
Council has engaged a contractor to carry out immediate tree removal works and given the significant removal process works have been scheduled at night to minimise disruption to the traffic flow on Main Street.
