NSW police appeal for information after aggravated robbery at Orange

An investigation is underway after a man was injured during an aggravated robbery in the state’s Central West earlier this month.

Between 11pm and 11.30pm on Friday 3 December 2021, a man was walking along Glenroi Avenue, Orange, when he was approached by a group of unknown persons.

Police were told one of the group punched the man, before he fell to the ground unconscious.

When the 20-year-old man woke up, his personal belongings – including his wallet, cash, cap and mobile phone – had been stolen.

The man sought medical treatment the following day and reported the incident to local police.

Officers attached to Central West Police District have commenced an investigation into the circumstances surrounding the incident.

As inquiries continue, police have released CCTV images and wish to speak with the group of people who they believe can assist with the investigation.
