NSW police arrest three teens after break-in at Dubbo business

Three teens have been arrested after an alleged break and enter at a business in Dubbo this week.

About 7.10pm Wednesday (11 May 2022), three teens forced entry into a business on Macquarie Street, Dubbo, and allegedly stole shoes.

Police will allege they returned a number of times taking shoes to the retail value of approximately $2000.

Following inquiries, officers arrested a 15-year-old boy about 3.15pm yesterday (Thursday 12 May 2022), and took him to Dubbo Police Station.

A short time later, officers arrested two boys – aged 14 and 15 – outside a shop on Macquarie Street, Dubbo, and took them to Dubbo Police Station.

A 15-year-old boy was charged with aggravated break and enter dwelling in company steal, and goods in personal custody suspected being stolen.

He was given conditional bail to appear at a children’s court on Thursday 14 July 2022.

The other 15-year-old boy was charged with aggravated break and enter dwelling in company steal and was refused bail to appear at a children’s court today (Friday 13 May 2022).

A 14-year-old boy was dealt with under the Young Offenders Act.
