NSW police charge man over sexual touching

A man will face court after allegedly sexually touching a woman in the Hills District earlier this month.

About 1pm on Saturday 12 September 2020, a 32-year-old woman attended a restaurant on Old Northern Road, Castle Hill, for a meeting.

Police will allege a man she had just met sexually touched her on several occasions.

The woman left and notified officers from The Hills Police Area Command who commenced an investigation.

Following inquiries, police arrested a 42-year-old man at Castle Hill Police Station about 1pm today (Monday 21 September 2020).

He was charged with three counts of sexually touch another person without consent.

The Hornsby man was refused bail to appear at Parramatta Local Court tomorrow (Tuesday 22 September 2020).
