Saskatoon, Saskatchewan – Nutrien Ltd. (TSX and NYSE: NTR) (Nutrien) today obtained the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission’s (ACCC) approval to proceed with its acquisition of Ruralco Holdings Limited (ASX: RHL) (Ruralco).
