Emergency services are at the scene of a serious crash on Fairway Drive, Belmont, Lower Hutt.
Police were called to the crash around 5.25pm.
Kennedy Good Bridge southbound lane is currently blocked.
Initial indications are one person received moderate injuries.
Motorists are advised to expect delays and asked to avoid the area if possible.
