Emergency services are responding to a serious crash on Richmond Deviation (SH6), Richmond.
The crash, between a truck and a van, occurred about 3:15pm.
One person is trapped in the van and emergency services are working to free them.
Diversions are in place, however there is traffic congestion and motorists are asked to avoid the area.
