One person has died following a crash at the intersection of Teapot Valley Road and Waimea West Road, Brightwater, Tasman.
Police were called to the incident around 3.20pm.
A motorcyclist died at the scene.
Police are investigating.
The Serious Crash Unit are also in attendance assisting with a scene examination.
