Police can now confirm the name of the man who died following a collision between a truck and a car on Anderson Road, Whakatu, on Friday.
He was Jaydus Hungahunga, 19, of Flaxmere.
Police extend their sympathies to his loved ones.
The investigation into the circumstances of the crash is ongoing.
