We are pleased to share our Capability Review Action Plan.
The plan outlines how we will work together to strengthen our capability. It will ensure we can respond to challenges now and into the future. It highlights through action where we will focus our efforts over the next 5 years by enabling our people, delivering together and engaging effectively.
The Plan builds on our strengths so we can deliver results with confidence. Achieving our Plan will need sustained effort, with everyone working together and staying focused on outcomes. It will require continual improvement in how we deliver the consequential work we do for the Australian people.
This Plan will hold us accountable. We will report on our progress in our Annual Report.
