Using the Spider Slope Mower is one of the ways we can improveemployee safety and reduce work costs, time, and our impact on the environment. Requiring only one operator, the remote-controlled mowerperforms the required steep slope work faster and safer than traditional means,and with less people. It allows us to mow steep grass embankments and roadsidessafely and quickly.
We have also been one of the first councils in Australia tosecure fully electric commercial ride-on mowers, which can charge while in usevia a solar panel canopy. Along with electric vans and passenger vehicles, we aretransitioning towards having a light fleet that achieves net zero emissions by2027.
