Council’s planning team will be trialling new drop-in sessions from 14 March until 27 June 2024.

Each Thursday, from 10am to 1pm, a member of Council’s planning team will be available at the Echuca Customer Service Centre for dedicated face-to-face sessions with the community. These sessions are for general planning enquiries.

These sessions are designed to provide the community with another way to engage with the planning team and seek advice and assistance that may be required.

Campaspe Shire Mayor, Cr Rob Amos said it’s another way for Council to assist with enquiries and engage with the community.

“Prior to Covid, we used to provide dedicated timeslots for community to drop in and meet with planners. Since the pandemic, our planning team have been assisting the community mostly through phone, email and individual meetings.

“It’s just another way we can show that we are open for business and provide support and information to our community. Bookings are not required for this service. Drop in and see our planning team for any enquiries you may have.

“As always, our planning team can still be contacted on 1300 666 535 for verbal or written enquiries and to organise dedicated face-to-face meetings,” Cr Amos said.
