Police are investigating the theft of a bicycle in Balwyn last month.
Investigators have been told the bike was stolen from the multi-level carpark of a block of units on Whitehorse Road between 6.20am and 7.20am on 31 July.
The bicycle is a black ‘Felt F75’.
The offender is described as Caucasian in appearance, medium height and overweight.
Police have released images of a man who may be able to assist them with their investigation.
