Police appeal to locate elderly man in Eastwood

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a man missing from Eastwood.

Wu Su, aged 82, was last seen at a supermarket on Rowe Street, Eastwood, about 2.30pm today (Thursday 25 August 2022).

He was reported missing to officers from Ryde Police Area Command when family could not locate him at the shopping centre.

Wu is described as being of Asian appearance, about 165cm tall, of medium build with a bald head and a short grey beard.

He was last seen wearing a black cap, green coat and was using a brown-coloured walking stick.

Police and family hold concern for his welfare due to his mobility and because he lives with dementia.

Wu is known to frequent the areas of Wentworthville and Eastwood.
