Police appeal to locate man from Hurstville

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate an elderly man missing from Sydney’s south.

Ross Mack, aged 85, was last seen on Beronga Avenue, Hurstville about 7.30am today (Tuesday 22 August 2023).

When he could not be located, officers attached to St George Police Area Command were notified and commenced inquiries into his whereabouts.

Police and family have concerns for his welfare due to his age and because he suffers from a medical condition.

Ross is described as being of Caucasian appearance, 170cm tall, medium build, with grey hair and brown eyes.

He was last seen wearing a navy shirt and grey pants.

He may be travelling in a silver Hyundai Elantra sedan with NSW registration of BQ92VT.

Ross is known to frequent the Kingsgrove, Bexley, and Hurstville areas.

Anyone with information into his whereabouts is urged to call police or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
