Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a man missing from Sydney’s south west.
Zygmunt Oleszak, aged 78, was last seen on Lakemba Street, near the intersection of Barremma Road, Lakemba, boarding Bus 450 bound for Strathfield about 5.18pm yesterday (Friday 29 December 2023).
Unable to be located since, Zygmunt was reported missing to officers attached to Campsie Police Area Command, who commenced inquiries to locate him.
Police and family hold serious concerns for Zygmunt’s welfare.
Zygmunt is described as being of Caucasian appearance, about 170-185cm tall, of slim build, with brown eyes and short grey hair.
He was last seen wearing a black shirt, black pants with a black moon boot on his left leg, and carrying a black walking stick.
