Police appeal to locate missing man – Kogarah 4 July

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a man missing from Sydney’s south.

Mohammed Elzein, aged 19, was last seen leaving a home on Warialda Street, Kogarah, about 5.00pm on Sunday (2 July 2023).

He was last spoken to about 6.30pm, however was reported missing to officers from St George Police Area Command, after he failed to return home and was unable to be contacted.

Police and family hold concerns for Mohammed’s welfare.

Mohammed is described as being of Middle Eastern / Mediterranean appearance, about 180cm tall, of medium build with short dark hair and a short beard.

He was last seen wearing grey track pants and a grey jumper.

He is known to frequent the Kogarah and Brighton areas.

Mohammed may be driving a red Mazda 3 with NSW registration plates BPV81P.
