Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a teenage girl missing from Sydney’s Inner West.
Amelia Borg, aged 15, was last seen leaving a home on Barnstaple Road, Five Dock about 8am on Thursday 17 August 2023.
When she did not return and was unable to be located, officers from Burwood Police Area Command were notified on Tuesday 22 August 2023 and commenced inquiries into her whereabouts.
Amelia has been in contact with family; however, police hold concerns for her welfare due to her age.
Amelia is described as being of Mediterranean / Middle Eastern appearance, of medium build, about 165cm tall, with dyed dark red hair and brown eyes.
She is known to frequent the Burwood, Sydney CBD, Anna Bay and Nelson Bay areas.
