Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing teenager Jay Rosetto.
The 15-year-old was last seen in the Melton area.
He is described as 165cm tall with a solid build, brown hair with blonde streaks and has an eyebrow and lip piercing.
He was wearing a white jumper under a black puffer vest, grey shorts and black/white Nike shoes and was carrying a black Adidas bum bag.
Police and family have concerns for his welfare due to his age and medical conditions.
Anyone who sights Jay or has information on his whereabouts is asked to contact Melton Police Station on 9747 7999.
