Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding a fatal collision which occurred in Bunkers Hill today.
Officers have been told two vehicles collided near the intersection of Finchs Road and Greenhalghs Road about 4.50pm on 27 June.
A woman travelling as a passenger in one of the vehicles died at the scene.
A girl, who was also a passenger in the same vehicle, has been taken to hospital with serious injuries while the male driver was not seriously injured.
The female driver of the other vehicle involved and her passengers have been taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
Detectives from Major Collision Investigation Unit are headed to the scene.
