A 51-year-old Victorian man has died following a motorcycle crash on the Buchanan Highway yesterday.
Shortly after 10am, police received reports that a motorcyclist had collided with a tree about 60 kilometres north of Top Springs.
Witnesses stopped and rendered assistance until staff from the Yarralin Health Clinic arrived; however, the man died at the scene.
Detectives from the Northern Coronial Unit have taken carriage of the investigation and are working to determine the circumstances surrounding the crash.
