Police are investigating a fatal crash in West Wodonga this evening.
Emergency services were called to Plunketts Road following reports a car had crashed into a tree just after 7pm.
The driver of the car, who is yet to be formally identified, died at the scene.
Plunketts Road is closed between McKoy Street and the Hume Freeway.
The exact circumstances surrounding the collision are yet to be established and an investigation is ongoing.
