Police arrest four after kidnapping in Noble Park

Armed Crime Squad detectives have arrested four men after an alleged kidnapping in Noble Park this morning.

Officers were called to an address on Agnes Street following reports two men had been assaulted.

The male victims, a 31-year-old from South Yarra and a 20-year-old from Camberwell, were conveyed to hospital to be treated for their injuries.

Three men, a 35-year-old from Noble Park, 29-year-old from Berwick and a 22-year-old from Dandenong North, have all been charged with several offences including armed robbery, false imprisonment and intentionally causing injury.

They have been remanded to appear at the Melbourne Magistrates’ Court tomorrow.

A 34-year-old Berwick man was released pending further enquiries.
