A man was arrested yesterday for allegedly intimidating a witness in a high profile criminal neglect case.
On Monday 3 January, Southern District CIB detectives arrested a 57-year-old Huntfield Heights man and charged him with intimidating a witness.
It will be alleged he approached and threatened a woman at Noarlunga Centre on Wednesday 29 December. The woman is a witness in the ongoing investigation into the death of Ann Marie Smith in 2020.
The arrested man was bailed to appear in the Christies Beach Magistrates Court on 10 February.
