Police arrest man over Collinswood robbery, South Australia

Police have arrested a man over an armed robbery that occurred at Collinswood earlier this month.

Just before 7pm on Monday 2 March, a man entered a petrol station on North East Road and threatened the attendant with a knife. He dropped the knife before leaving empty handed.

Fortunately, the attendant was not physically hurt.

Western District police attended at Dry Creek yesterday and arrested a man over the incident.

A 24-year-old Manningham man was charged with aggravated robbery and theft. He was refused police bail and is expected to appear in the Port Adelaide Magistrates Court today.
