Police charge man after pedestrian killed in Bullsbrook

Major Crash Investigators have charged a 66-year-old man from Exmouth as a result of their investigation into a crash in Bullsbrook on Sunday, 13 December 2020.

It is alleged the man was driving a vehicle that struck a 31-year-old male pedestrian who was located deceased lying in the southbound lanes of Tonkin Highway, south of Stock Road.

The 66-year-old man has been charged with:

• Driver Fail to Stop and Ensure Assistance after Incident Occasioning Death; and

• Driver Fail to Report an Incident Occasioning Death.

He is due to appear before the Midland Magistrates Court on 12 January 2021.
